The contract work for this project shall consist of various items which include but are not limited to removing existing tile and carpet flooring. Full compensation for conforming to the requirements associated with removing and replacing tile and carpet flooring, cleaning and preparing flooring (sub floor sheeting and installation of sub floor sheeting may be required), installation of moisture barrier with alkali control, installing new rubber cove base, installation and finish of new LVP/VCT, and disposal of existing flooring material.
