S. M. Wilson & Co. is formally requesting bids Wednesday, September 8th at 2:00 p.m. (CDT) for Scenic Regional Library – Hermann MO Branch (123 Bavarian Hills Plaza, Hermann, MO 65041). Bids may be emailed to [email protected] (preferred method) or faxed to 314-644-2050. This project consists of the additions and alternations to provide approximately 11,600 SFT of space for a new branch library. Interior renovations, exterior façade work and general site work will be required for the project. This project is tax exempt from Missouri State and Local Tax. A Missouri State sales tax exemption certificate will be issued for purchase of materials on this project. Bidders shall include bid security and surety bonds (Spec Sect. 00 21 13) Please be sure to review all construction documents prior to submitting a bid.
