Rerouting existing hydronic heating water, domestic hot water, and domestic hot water recirculation piping to new Owner provided Pre-Engineered Boiler House (PEBH) to serve the existing Wards/Dormitory Building. Contractor shall be responsible for all utility piping and wiring 5’ outside of the building footprint to serve the PEBH. Contractor shall demolish all existing steam piping and equipment serving the Prison Industries Building and install a new gas-fired radiant heating system and control. No partial sets allowed.
