Project is an approximate 2,775 square foot interior fit out of a shelled out space in the Southeast Community College Academic Excellence Center (AEC) building on the Beatrice NE campus. The AEC building opened in early 2021 with this space identified and planned for as a future fit-out. Program consists of two additional classrooms, two additional offices, and a general multi-purpose space. Finishes are to match the existing building seamlessly.
