The purpose of this modification is The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on full and open competition for the following a Manufacturer Sole Source for Wyatt Light Scattering Instruments in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. Wyatt also manufactures the Delsamax model for Beckman which is the exact same machine as the Mobius with a different paint scheme. The Delsamax is sold by Beckman. For purposes of clarity the Mobius and the Delsamax will be referred to as light scattering instrument through the documents. Complete details can be found in the Solicitation.
