This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HDTRA1-15-R-0056 is being issued on a sole source basis (brand name) as a request for quotation (RFQ) and the Sole Source Determination is attached to this announcement. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334517 and has a size standard of 500 employees.

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract in accordance with the contract clauses listed below to procure:

1) three SCANX Scout Digital Imaging Scanner Systems including all associated cabling (D5000-SB);

2) three Panasonic Toughbooks 54 for SCANX Scout - Gloved Multi Touch, Win7 Intel Core i5-5300U, 2.30GHz, 14.0" FHD, 500GB(7200rpm), 4GB, Intel WiFi a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth, Backlit Keyboard, DVD Multi-drive;

3) three TigerView Industrial EOD Image Processing/Analysis Software licenses including 1st year support and upgrades;

4) three Custom Storage Case Inserts; and

5) three Extended Warranties for Years 2 and 3.

Pricing shall be FOB Destination and place of delivery will be the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, 6200 Meade Rd., Ft Belvoir, VA 22060. Delivery shall be no later than 30 days after receipt of contract award.
