Opportunity Summary The Oregon Department of State Police (OSP) is requesting a quote for one digital x-ray device for the Explosives team. The successful offeror agrees to deliver F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid, shipping costs INCLUDED in the quote within 30 days of receipt of order. OSP reserves the right to request additional information after Closing as needed for evaluation or responsibility determination. BASIS OF AWARD: A purchase order will be offered to "the offeror/s whose quote/s will best serve the interests of the contracting agency, taking into account price as well as considerations including, but not limited to, experience, expertise, product functionality, suitability for a particular purpose and contractor responsibility under ORS 279B.110" (ORS 279B.070). The purchase order will include the Standard Oregon Terms & Conditions and federal provisions as attached to this solicitation. No other terms & conditions will apply unless agreed to specifically in writing. **ALL ITEMS QUOTED MUST BE BRAND NEW, IN FACTORY-SEALED, US MODELS WITH FULL MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH NO MARKS, SCRATCHES, DEBRIS OR ADHESIVE RESIDUE.
