In accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the DEA intends to issue a purchase order described in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13.5. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to the acquisition: 52.212-1 (June 2008) Instructions to Offeror's-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 (Jan 1999) Evaluation-Commercial Items - Delivery and Price will be considered; 52.212-3 (Aug 2009) Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 (Jun 2010) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 (July 2010) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The additional clauses cited within this clause are applicable. The Government anticipates an award of a single firm-fixed price purchase order.
All questions shall be submitted electronically by June 23, 2011, no later than 2:00 p.m. EST.
All quotes shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] and will be considered and evaluated if received in a timely manner. Closing date for receipt of quotes is June 24, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. EST.
