This Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to ISR Group LLC, 670 Industrial Road, Savannah, GA 38372-5997 for the following manufactured products:

One (1) each used ScanEagle system consisting of flight worthy aircraft equipment and spares.

Under the authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, the government intends to issue a sole source contract to ISR Group LLC who currently owns a ScanEagle system consisting of both new and use parts. Some of these parts are now obsolete and no longer available.

This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which, if received within 5 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by NSWCDD. All responses must be submitted to the government point of contact at the email address shown below.

Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Debbie Dobson, via email at [email protected] . No later than 4:00PM (EST) on the date noted above. Email should reference Sources Sought N00178-15-R-3015 in the subject line.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
