The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price contract with The Boeing Company, Phantom Works, 20403 68th Ave South Kent, WA 98032. The contract shall be from 26 July through 13 August 2010 and will provide multiple ScanEagle UAS systems and sufficient qualified personnel to operate their UAS and EO/IR and IFF sensors within the EC 10 experiment architecture.

FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement.
