This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Solicitation number AG-7482-S-10-0036 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) using Commercial Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 12. The closing date for receipt of all quotes is 12:00PM Central Time on September 27, 2010. The solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43, Effective 02 Aug 2010. The Natural Resources Conservation Service, National Water and Climate Center located at 1201 NE Lloyd Blvd, Suite 802, Portland, OR is seeking quotes for 34 MBY-3 Scala antennas. Antennas will have a transmit frequency of 41.61 MHz and receive frequency of 40.67 MHz.
