This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561210.

The Government is seeking qualified and experienced sources that can satisfy the requirements as per the Performance Work Statement. The Place of Performance is Khalifa Bin Salman Port (KSBP) Manama, Bahrain. The government is requesting that interested parties capable of satisfying the requirements to furnish the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, voice and fax telephone numbers and e-mail address. (2) Under which NAICS code does your company usually provide the requirements described in the attachment. (3) Lead Time. E-mail responses to this request for information are preferred. The due date and time for responses to this RFI is at 10:00 AM Bahrain local time on 26 September 2018.

This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.
