NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:  

The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon Air Force Base (CAFB), New Mexico intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price one-time service contract to AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEMS, INC. (ACSi), CAGE: 1CAZ4, 5801 Mcleod Rd NE Albuquerque, NM, 87109-2464.  ACS will be providing a 30 Day replacement and repair of the Alerton ACM Global Controller, AXM-22-0-0 and AXM-10-12-0 Input/Output Modules to be tied into the existing CAFB SCADA Alerton Network and existing Alerton Server.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b).The anticipated award date is 31 March 2021.  Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the service listed above.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
