The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to the Telos Corporation. The award will be for Sensitive but Unclassified - Communications Automated Profiling System (SBU-CAPS) which is primarily based on the TElos Automated Message Handling System (AMHS). The award will include Telos AMHS, Diskless Workstation Server (DCWS), and associated portions of the communications infrastructure that interface with the Telos AMHS system. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519, Other Computer Related Services. The proposed award is for services and charges for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Telos. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix. A Limited Sources Justification is approved and on file.
