The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited to the following major items: ¿ EROSION CONTROL BMP¿s including mulch, tree save fence, temporary grassing, inlet sediment trap, silt fence, and sodding. ¿ TRAFFIC CONTROL during all stages, allowing traffic thru Neal Blvd at all times. ¿ DEMOLITION including tree removal, clearing and grubbing. ¿ SITE WORK, EARTH WORK including grading and excavation. ¿ CONCRETE PAVING including remove and replace concrete curb & gutter, sidewalks, and driveways. ¿ STORM DRAIN STRUCTURES including storm sewer structures. ¿ STORM DRAIN PIPE including RCP (type 3), exacavation, bedding, compaction, and dewatering. ¿ PAVING, PAVEMENT STRIPING, SIGNAGE, TRAFFIC LOOPS. ¿ PEDESTRIAN LIGHT POLES. ¿ BENCH. ¿ Re-grout all exist. structures & site clearing. ¿ The equipment and materials to be furnished by the Contractor will be installed at the locations shown on the Drawings and as described in the respective section of these specifications. ¿ All work shall comply with all Federal, State, and local requirements and specifications. ¿ The latest GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the Georgia Department of Transportation, shall govern the construction of this project.
