Project Description: The demolition of the existing building, Modad, and water well. This will be the construction of a new 4,733 sf raised building to hold professional offices for BREC, as well as hold meeting and educational classes for the public. There will also be a new Modad and water well to replace the ones damaged in the flood. In addition, there shall be slight site improvements to allow for more and accessible parking.
