The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 Circumstances Permitting Other than Full and Open Competition.  This notice will be distributed only through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fedbizopps.gov.  MJ Sales is to provide MCOM1C "S", quantity: 47, and Magnetic Mounts MSV-200, quantity: 47. MJ Sales is the only satellite radio provider with Push-to-Talk satellite radio communications equipment which is compatible with FBI existing equipment and existing channel assignments.  This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit quotes to this office by 9:00 am, Friday, July 30, 2010, by email only, to Mrs. Margaret D.
