This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23d Contracting Squadron at Moody AFB (MAFB) is issuing this notice of intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Governments intent to award a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Retirement Home TV Corporation (RHTV) to provide DirecTV services to Moody AFB Dormitories and Fire Department as a DirecTV 3rd Party Biller. The basis is due to the necessity of ensuring continued support of these services as MAFB is required to observe an existing Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) which dictates no breaks in service or MAFB would be in violation of agreement with Local F-118 International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF). The current provider can no longer provide DirecTV services. DirecTV authorized RHTV to be an interim provider in observance to the agreement to prevent a break in service. The Sole Source arrangement is to act as a bridge until requirement is properly competed resulting in an awarded contract. The period of performance will be one (1) year, 1 Jan 2018 - 31 Dec 2018.
