This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-12-Q-0338 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57, Defense Circular Number 20120330, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2012-0330. This procurement is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
Short description of the requirement:

Installation of satellite television equipment. Installation is needed for 10 buildings totaling 408 rooms. The buildings contain communications closets to house distribution systems if required. All buildings currently have RF coaxial cabling and power in each room. Each occupant's room must be able to independently change channels. Contractor is responsible for installing and configuring required equipment, to supply content to the entire lodging complex.

**SITE VISIT**
Site Visit attendance is highly encouraged.
Site Visit: One site visit will be held for all prospective bidders on 25 April 2012 at 2:00 pm Arizona Local Time. Shipping will be FOB Destination to multiple lodging addresses on Davis-Monthan AFB.
