This is a solicitation for commercial products/services. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100, Defense Circular Number 20171228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334220 with a small business size standard of 1,250 EMP. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so.

DM will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets technical acceptability and lowest price. Only quotations representing fulfillment of the requirement IN ITS ENTIRETY, as per the posted Request for Quotations and associated Performance Work Statement, will be considered and evaluated for award.
