NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT ~ The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a firm fixed price delivery order under the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Program with Executive Information Systems (EIS), 6901 Rockledge Drive Suite 600 Bethesda, MD 20827-0076, a GSA registered Small Business (SB). The Government will execute this action against FSS contract GS-35F-0170K. Projected award date is 15 August 2017. The authority being cited is 10.U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."

Interested persons may identify their capability and respond to the notice no later than 5:00 PM EST, 28 July 2017. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
