Federal Communications Commission, Office of the Managing Director, Contracts and Purchasing Center intends to issue a sole source purchase order for the annual maintenance and technical support for the Commission's SAR DASY5 measurement system, SAR numerical simulation package, and SEMCAD Z Hotline and Support to Schmid & Partner Engineering AG located in Zeughausstrasse 43, 8004Zurich, Switzerland.

This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for quote and it is informational purpose only. No solicitation document exists. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated capability is invited to submit written notification to the Contracting Officer by June 15th, 2012, 11:00 am EST. supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the firm's ability to provide the stated capability. A determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
