No pre-bid conference will be held. Sealed Bids for the construction of the Sapp Bros & Wicks Southpointe Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Inspection will be received by the City of Gretna, Nebraska, at the office of the Engineer, EAGLE ENGINEERING GROUP, until 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, November 02, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read. The Project consists of inspecting and cleaning of approximately 23,500 LF of 8” sanitary sewer and 1,750 LF of 10” sanitary as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications and Contract Documents Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950. A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Eagle Engineering Group *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check. Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
