The CITY is seeking a qualified firm that has the expertise and experience in designing, providing, installing, maintaining and monitoring security camera systems. The CITY is interested in a firm that has experience in assisting municipalities or similar large commercial customers with any technical issues that may arise. The system will be installed in multiple locations throughout the Santa Ana Zoo and integrated with the CITY IT network. A multi-year monitoring and maintenance contract will result from this RFP in addition to installation of the physical system. The Proposer is solely responsible for âon timeâ submission of their electronic proposal. The City will only consider proposals that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that proposal was submitted successfully. Transmission of proposals by any other means will not be accepted. Proposer shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the Proposer to successfully submit an electronic proposal shall be at the Proposerâs sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted proposals.
