The City of Santa Ana is seeking environmental and engineering update, final right-of-way and engineering, and construction engineering support for the Santa Ana Boulevard Grade Separation Project. In addition to electronic Bid submittals, (5) hard copies of Proposals shall also be sent by courier service OR hand delivered on or before the deadline. Packaged Proposals must be sealed in an enclosed envelope marked clearly with the following information shown below on or before the deadline: “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR SANTA ANA BLVD. GRADE SEPARATION RFP NO. 19-109 IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.” CITY OF SANTA ANA ATTN.: SEAN THOMAS PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY; M-36 20 CIVIC CENTER PLAZA SANTA ANA, CA 92701 Please note that all visitors must sign in with Reception desk located on 1st floor of Ross Annex building. To do so, you will need to check in and provide photo identification in requesting a Visitor's pass and be sent up the elevator to 3rd Floor of Ross Annex.
