The construction involves removing existing stamped asphalt concrete crosswalks and installing new stamped concrete crosswalks, concrete ADA curb return ramp, asphalt concrete paving, adjusting valve box to finish grade, striping, and signage. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: "Bid Proposal: Santa Ana and Minnewawa Intersection Improvements".
