The work shall consist of, but not be limited to, reconstructing the existing Santa Ana Alley, drive approach, constructing new valley gutter, curb and gutter, speed bumps, adjusting existing manhole and water valves to finished grade. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: "Bid Proposal: CIP 15-12 Santa Ana Alley Reconstruction"
