This notice constitutes Solicitation # AG-05G1-S-15-0039 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This notice and any incorporated provisions include those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80.
The project is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 562991 and the small business size standard for that code is $7.0 million average receipts over the past three years.

DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications for Sani-Can Rental and Servicing on the U.S. Forest Service, Cle Elum Ranger District, 803 W. 2nd Ave Cle Elum, WA. 98922.
The anticipated contract period is May 15, 2015 through September 15, 2015 with two (2) option periods.

PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: The following provisions and clauses are hereby incorporated into this RFQ by reference; (full text of the clauses may be accessed electronically at www.arnet.gov/far/): FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. QUOTE DUE DATE: Quotes shall be received by March 23, 2015, at 1600 (4:00 pm PST). Quotes shall be submitted electronically to Aaron Kretzer at [email protected]. Quoters are responsible for verifying receipt of their offer.

d) The provision FAR 52.212-3 completed or evidence that the representations and certifications have been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM).
