Sandblasting at 8300 S Palm Drive Pembroke Pines 33025. Paint needs to be removed to stucco. Sandblasting will include walls, soffit, and facia for the whole building. Window box will be done as needed. Please prep windows before commencing work, that includes covering windows. The building has multiple wings, for the Engineering/Water/Utilities entrance, work can only be done Friday-Sunday. The rest of the building can be sandblasted as schedule permits. The canvas awnings will be removed in house so price should not include labor for that. Additionally, the City will provide covered storage for materials and equipment for this job. Please provide cost for this project per sq/ft.
