Valley Water is seeking bids from responsive, responsible, and qualified firms ("Bidders" or "Bidder") to provide filled sandbags as to detailed specifications to Valley Water for the purpose of protecting private property from floodwaters, minimizing damage from floodwaters to a neighboring property, and for use on operations and maintenance projects for the purpose of temporary water diversion, confinement of materials or other purposes.
