REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS & INVITATIONS TO BID Invitation to Bid – Sheriff’s Office Sealing Project Description and Requirements San Miguel County is seeking bids on the following parking lot seal and striping project: San Miguel Sheriff’s Office – Ilium Valley, 684 CR 63L, Telluride, CO 81435|upper east lot Bidders are responsible for field verifying all measurements and quantities. Completion Date / Other Details All work must be completed by October 30th, 2023. Bidder must also meet the County’s insurance requirements prior to contract award. The County’s own forms will be used for these projects. The current county provisions may be viewed here. Bid Details / Questions Please submit sealing and striping bid in “square feet” unit amounts. Bid amounts shall include total costs – including but not limited to mobilization, labor, materials, disposals, traffic control and all others. Bids will be opened on Tuesday June 14, 2023 at 10:00am at the San Miguel Sheriff’s Office, Ilium Headquarters, located at 684 CR 63L, Telluride, Colorado 81435. Bids should be emailed to [email protected]. An email response will be sent upon receipt of each bid to verify receipt. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that bids are emailed. Project contracts will require San Miguel County Board of County Commissioner approval. The successful contractor will be notified once the bid is accepted and awarded. The County has the right to reject any and all bids.
