This requirement is full and open competition. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The work includes maintenance dredging of the federal navigation channel in San Joaquin/Port of Stockton Deep Water Ship Channels (DWSC) to -35ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid over-depth and transporting of dredged material to various upland disposal sites per the requirements in the specifications and price schedule. All dredging material transportation and material placement shall be in accordance with the project plans, specifications, permits, regulatory guidance and applicable contract clauses. This requirement is for full and open competition and will be awarded with a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
