The City of Georgetown is solicited sealed bids for Demolition and Removal of one (1) existing engineered metal building with the following definitions, term and conditions of bidding. Sealed bids are due at 2:00 p.m. on December 13th, 2019 after which time all qualified bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 300-1 Industrial Ave, Georgetown, Texas 78627. Bids received after the specified deadline will be returned unopened. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will occur at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 6th, 2019, at the Parks Administration Building located at 1101 N. College, Georgetown, TX 78626.
