The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Field Operations, Port of San Francisco requires routine, recurring basic care and veterinary services for 9 to 12 CBP canines, with the number varying by year. The required services include, but are not limited to, annual exams, diagnostic testing, blood work and laboratory analysis, vaccinations, and dental cleaning.

This will be a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of one base year and four option years. The base year period of performance is expected to be September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022. The entire term of the contract, including options, is expected to be September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2026.
A Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about July 19, 2021. The RFQ will be issued as a total small business set-aside. It is anticipated that award will be made on or about August 9, 2021. Award will be made on a best value basis using a tradeoff process. It is anticipated that evaluation factors will include price, proximity to the San Franciso airport, the number of on-site veterinarians, past performance, relevant experience, American Animal Hospital Association accreditation, business hours, and on-site parking.
