Deadline: Tuesday, November 30, 2021 The Salem County Purchasing Agent invites sealed bids for Salem County Sheriffs’ Office Mobile Communications Vehicle Upfit. Specifications may be obtained daily between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM from the Salem County Purchasing Department, 110 5th Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey, 08079 or they will be mailed or email upon telephone request (856) 935-7510, Extension 8401 or e-mail request to
[email protected]. Bids shall be made on the standard bid forms and submitted in the manner designated within the Specifications. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend, Salem County Sheriffs’ Office Mobile Communications Vehicle Upfit on the outermost package. The bids shall be returned to the Salem County Purchasing Agent by Tuesday, November 30, 2021, prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public. Late bids will not be considered. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, c. 33 as amended by P.L. 2016, c. 43, N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2Corporate Disclosure.
