You are formally invited to submit a bid on the property listed in Sale 0274-S0107A. Colsa Corporation will conduct an Informal Bid Sale to dispose of this property, under the direction of the Defense Contract Management Agency and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1.

The property is offered as One Lot, "as is - where is." See attachment for a list of property descriptions, quantity, and acquisition costs.  All electronic data storage has been removied/destroyed prior to sale. Bids will be accepted during the following:

 Bid Period: 1-12-2015 through 1- 29-2015 at 5PM EST

The Sale will be in accordance with the Mandatory Terms and Conditions for Informal Bid Sales (attached). Award will be subject to Government approval.

Delivery of the property will occur at 1002 Oster Drive., Huntsville, AL 35816 and removal will be at the purchaser's expense and must take place within ten business days of award. The full purchase price shall be paid by certified bank check made out to the "U.S. Treasury" or by payment via www.pay.gov.
