GENERAL INFORMATION Pursuant to this Invitation to Bid (“ITB”), the City of Sandy Springs is seeking sealed bids for the sale of property located at 8475 Roswell Road. This property is being sold in AS-IS condition with no warranty. 1. All communications regarding this solicitation must be with the assigned Procurement Agent, Charise Glass, [email protected]. 2. All questions or requests for clarification must be sent via the Bonfire website under Message Opportunity Q&A: https://sandysprings.bonfirehub.com/projects/view/36082. Questions are due no later than March 11, 2021, 5:00 p.m. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. 3. Questions and clarifications will be answered in the form of an addendum.
