Request For Proposal Salary Study BROOKFIELD, CONNECTICUT 06804 Bid Ref # T-23-14 The Town of Brookfield invites interested and qualified parties to submit sealed proposals to conduct a Salary Study for approximately 54 non‑union Town employees, of which approximately 11 are part‑time. The Study is limited to Brookfield municipal employees and does not include Brookfield Board of Education employees. The purpose of the Study is to review the Town’s existing compensation plan, as well as to conduct a comprehensive benchmark market study to ensure that all positions are internally equitable and externally competitive. The end product of the Study will include recommendations for a compensation plan based on a comparison of wages and other benefits (insurance, pension, etc.) with comparable public sector entities, particularly neighboring towns.
