Past performance of Granite and quallity of seed is needed, this company has provided excellent seed material to the Malheur Refuge in the past.Granite Seed Company has the species varieties available to meet the environmentalrequirements for the Craters and Grandad Burn areas as outlined below:"Seed severely burned areas (intensive fire occurrence sites to provide ground cover) within theCraters and Grandad burn boundaries to provide habitat for the Greater sage-grouse and otherupland species. Utilize a grass/forb/shrub seed mixture that provides needed forage and coverrequirements for upland species".
