This announcement constitutes public notice of Air Force Test Center (AFTC)/PZIOA Edwards AFB, CA intent to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed Price purchase order contract to Sage North America, 15195 NW Greenbrier Parkway, Beaverton, OR, 97006, for the purchase of Timberline Renewal Software Licenses. This requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(2). Interested persons may respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within three days after the date of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. The proposed source, Sage North America is the manufacture of Timberline software. Sage North America is the only known supplier that will be able to provide software license renewal support for this application. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 and has a size standard of $35,500,000.00 dollars. The Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this announcement. Each quotation shall state that proposed unit prices will remain in effect for at least 60 calendar days after date of proposal receipt.
