The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), hereby announces its intent to award a sole source purchase order to Sage Publications, Inc. in Thousand Oaks, CA to purchase a site license for electronic access via internet to the Sage Deep Backfile. A complete site license to the Sage Deep Backfiles includes all of the journals listed on the attachment titled Sage 2008 Deep Backfile.

Sage, the publisher and copyright holder of the aforementioned journals, is the sole source for electronic access to articles published in those journals.
