This is a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract to fulfill the Government's need for Saflok Key Cards. Contract will be with one contractor for a period of 1 (one) base year with 4 (four) option. Quantity needed is estimated at a yearly rate of 6000 each (P/N 10370) and 6000 each (P/N 10380). The US Governments has no obligation to order and therefore guarantees no specific quantity. When a delivery order is placed, the selected contractor will be obligated to deliver up to 6000 of each model per year. The delivery schedule will be negotiated at time of order.
