PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF SAFFORD - SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS CDBG # 151-23, COS #455031 The City of Safford has been awarded a federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) and will accept sealed Bids from licensed Arizona Contractors to complete the following improvements to the City of Safford’s sidewalks: Installation of 11,107 square feet of concrete sidewalks with sixteen (16) ADA sidewalk ramps and forty-six (46) new driveway entries in two project areas. Contract documents in electronic format are published on the City of Safford’s website: http://www.cityofsafford.us/bids.aspx. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the website referenced above for notifications of changes and addenda related to this project. The City of Safford will conduct an optional pre-Bid conference and site inspection on Tuesday, August 8th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. local. Interested Bidders are highly encouraged to attend and should meet at the Mesa Yard Office Complex, MYOC, located at 405 W. Discovery Park Blvd., Safford, AZ 85546, which is accessible to persons with disabilities.
