Summary of Work: Safeway is proposing minor improvements to the existing Safeway store at the intersection of Fabry Road SE and Commericial Street SE with tenant improvmemetns including: 1. Construction of approximately 40.5 linea feet of new non loading bearing partitions. 2. Relocation of exisiting equipment and fixtures as shown on plans. 3. Installation of new equipment and fixtures as shown on plans. 4. Installation of decor and interior signage. 5. ADA upgrades per survey prerformed by Tcherneschoff Conulsting, Inc Date 5/28/2021. Alternate No 1- Down can lighting: Include labor and materials to remove exsiting down can lighting and blank Escutcheons from the suspended ceilings through out the the sales floor and replace ceiling tile with new painted to match existing adjacent ceiling tiles. Alternate No 2 - Service Deili resinous Flooring Replacmeent - Include labor and materials to replace exposy flooring in the service Deli per section 09-6723 Alternate No 3 - Bakery Sales Resinous flooring Replacement: Include labor and materials to replace exposy flooring in the Service Deli per Seciton 09-6723 This will be working store, so most all work will be done at night.
