Safeway is proposing minor imporvments to the exisiting Safeway Store at the intersection of Coburg Road and Cal Young Raod with tenant improvements including: 1. Relocation of exisitng equipment and fixtures as shown on plans. 2. Installation of new equipment and fixtures as shown on plan. 3. ADA upgrades per survey prpeared by TCherneshoff Consulting, Inc. Dated 6/5/2021; see Appendix A of the specifications for this projet; up to 25% of constrution of the cost of the work associated with prmary use. 4. Refurbishement of existing public restrooms. 5. Replacement of existing main sales flooring. 6. Installation of Decor and Interior signage designated by others. This is an active store so all work will be done between the hours of 10:00 p.m and 6:00 am. Minority companies encouraged to bid.
