409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) intends to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for USAG Bavaria. This requirement will include the Safety Inspection for various plants, structures, playgrounds and safety equipment within USAG Bavaria (Grafenwoehr, Vilseck, Hohenfels and Garmisch), Germany.

This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.  The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, Germany.

The Period of Performance is expected to start 01 SEP 2021 and includes a one (1) year Base Period.

The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://beta.sam.gov/. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next 30 (thirty) days, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award.
