2. USDA Procurement Operations Division is interested in potential offerors' questions or comments related to the services in the below DRAFT Statement of Work

3. USDA Procurement Operations Division is interested in industry input on possible cost or pricing arrangements for providing the services of the S.O.W (cost-plus fixed fee, cost-plus award fee, firm fixed price, etc.).

In addition to the information requested above, interested contractors must submit a brief but complete capability statement that demonstrates the capability to perform the type of services described in this market survey for an evaluation no later than 10:00 am est., July 19, 2013
