The purpose of this RFI is to solicit information from Food Service Consultants with proven restaurant/catering expertise in order to increase profits sufficiently to hire civilian staff to account for the loss of the Military staff. Information received will be considered in the development of the statement of objectives for the future operation of the dining facility. Information should include other suggested lunch formats, menu selection and current utilization of personnel.
