The San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) is a large (7500+) international medical education meeting which takes place every December in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio, Texas. SABCS enjoys an international reputation as the world's leading breast cancer conference. The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (“University”) is soliciting proposals for the provision of end-to-end management of scientific abstracts. Services are more defined in Section 5 (Scope of Work).
