SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions.

Rotation stage compatible HASO. Rotation axis close to the microlenses allowing a pure rotation.

4.) Adaptive Optics Control Software - QTY. 1
Adaptive optics loops with HASO sensors control software. Runs under Windows environment.

5.) Focal spot optimization package - QTY. 1
End of chain focal spot optimization module for WaveTune software and diagnosis camera for
correcting residual aberrations at the end of the laser chain,
Allows for Strehl ratios better than 0.95 by using advanced phase retrieval algorithms (depending on configuration)
diagnostic camera : 12 bits, GigaEthernet, 1628x1236 pixels, Pixel size: 4.4μm

Evaluation Factor(s) To Meet:
FACTOR 1: Ability to Meet the Technical and Tolerances requirements set-out in the Statement of Work and all applicable documents referenced therein.

Submittal Requirement:
Vendor shall submit with their Quote either - (1) A statement that they can meet the tolerance requirements or
(2) If vendor cannot meet the requirements, provide alternative tolerances that the vendor can meet for SLAC's review/ evaluation and consideration.

FACTOR 2: Delivery Date of September 1st 2019

Submittal Requirement:
Provide a fabrication and assembly schedule to show that the desired delivery date of September 1st, 2019 can be met.

FACTOR 3: Past Performance: Vendor demonstrates ability to fabricate similar work or job.

Submittal Requirement:
Provide a list of two similar jobs in the last 2 years. Include customer name and phone number for Point of Contact.

This is a request for competitive quote. Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable method.

The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. December 2016) will be made a part of the resulting order.
